"biography": "Herbinger, Paul, MA (Sociology - Friedrich Schiller University, Jena), is a researcher at the Vienna Centre for Societal Security. His research in socio-legal studies and criminology includes policing the pandemic, European projects on multiagency interventions into cases of high-risk domestic violence, as well as national projects on forensic cryptocurrency investigations. His previous work in the field of HIV/Aids prevention involved the development of monitoring systems for the HIV-intervention Join-in Circuit, Zambia for the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit and Afya Mzuri.
